If AfterSnap did not recognize something correctly, an action failed, or you have a question about Plus, send us a note. We’ll help you work through it.
Email supportHelpful details to include: your iPhone model, iOS version, AfterSnap version, what you were trying to capture, and any error message you saw. Please do not email sensitive photos, government IDs, or bank-card details.
Quick checks
A photo will not importIn iOS Settings, check that AfterSnap can access the photos you want to select.
An action will not saveConfirm permission for Contacts, Calendar, or Reminders, depending on the action.
Recognition failedCheck your connection, then try a brighter, sharper photo with the subject filling the frame.
Wi-Fi will not joinVerify the recognized network name and password, and allow the iOS Wi-Fi configuration prompt.
Dictation is unavailableCheck Microphone and Speech Recognition permissions in iOS Settings.
Plus is not showingMake sure you are using the Apple Account that purchased Plus, then use Restore Purchases in the app.
